After choosing the product and the quantity desired you should add it to the cart, clicking on Add to cart

You can complete the order by clicking on Next or you can return shopping to add other products by clicking on "Continue Shopping".

Registration

You have to be registered to be able to purchase. If you already have an account on Mister Worker® you will simply have to enter the email address and password you have chosen during the registration.

Is it your first purchase on Mister Worker®? Just enter your email address and register yourself. You will see a form where you should add your personal information.

To confirm your registration please click on "Register".

Secure Payment

You can pay in full security either with a simple bank transfer or with the major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can use your PayPal account too.

Select the payment method and click on "Order confirmation".

E-mail

If your purchase has been successful, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

As soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with the shipment details.

How can I pay?

Credit card payment

You can pay comfortably and securely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express and all major credit and debit cards.

Your credit card details will be transferred safely through the SSL protocol. The amount will be charged only when your package is shipped. If you send back your order, the amount will be credited to your card.

For customers who have already enabled Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code:

On the web page of your bank you will be welcomed with the personal message set by you and you'll be asked to confirm the total amount with a personal Pin.

After the bank has verified the Pin inserted, you will receive a confirmation of payment of your order on Mister Worker®.

For customers who have not yet enabled Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code:

In this case, you only need a single registration for all future purchases to the bank that issued your card.

On the website of your bank you will be asked to identify yourself with the security questions you have previously set.

Finally, you will be asked to set a new pin and a welcome message for future uses.

The next step takes place as for customers who are already enabled.

Wire transfer

You can also pay through wire transfer from your personal bank. Immediately after Mister Worker® has cleared the transfer, your order will be shipped.

PayPal payment

You may prefer to pay in this way by selecting the PayPal option. Once you came to the end of the purchase process click on "confirm my order" to complete it.

If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your e-mail address and password and confirm the payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit/prepaid card. In this case you can simply select the card type, fill in the necessary data and finally confirm the payment.

When the payment will be cleared, the order will be shipped. If you return the goods, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or to your credit card if you are not registered as a PayPal user).

How much is the shipping cost?

Mister Worker® ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of the products

Shipping costs vary depending on the country/continent of destination.

For any kind of shipping, towards any country, we will email you a link to track your package online.

We try our best to offer the fastest shipment service: your order will be dispatched in maximum 2 working days, while delivery timing will vary according to the shipping option(*) you choose:

If you want to know the shipping cost of the products you wish to purchase, just register and enter your destination address. Then, click on My addresses to add your delivery address. After adding the products to your cart, when you check out, you will see your shipping costs.

Usually we offer 2 kinds of shipping options*:

- UE - EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

European orders are subject to Italian VAT fee (22%), which is included in the final price calculated as you check out. This is the selling price you will pay.

If you register with a valid UE VAT number, you will not be subjected to these fees, so the amount you will pay will be VAT excluded and you will receive the payment invoice.

- INTERNATIONAL/EXTRA UE ORDERS

All international (Extra UE) orders are not subject to Italian VAT but are subject to local(Your Country of destination) applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer, collected at the time of delivery and will be paid by the customer. We do not collect or calculate these fees, so please consider this tax cost when placing your order on our website.

- Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects: Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

How can I return a product?

The right of withdrawal in favour of the consumer does not apply to contracts for articles that are, by their nature, not eligible to be returned.

Customers who purchase with a VAT invoice (Company/VAT) cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, as the purchase of the product is included in the professional, and the rules on withdrawal applies only to consumers.

See the instruction below to know the consumers' rights of withdrawal and the consequences of the withdrawal itself.

The Consumer has the right to withdrawal in accordance with the article 51 ff. D. Lg. 21/2014.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 working days from the item's delivery (in case of more than one delivery, we consider the date of the last partial delivery). It has to be done using the withdrawal form set out in Annex I, Part B, or by any other unequivocal statement of its decision to withdraw from the contract.

The essential integrity of the property to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The items must be returned:

- In their entirety: the right of withdrawal does not apply partial order (e.g.: accessories, detachable parts, etc.);

- Properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resealing (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and fitted with all their accessories, using instructions and documentation. We recommend, when possible, to put it in another box, to limit damages to the original package. The attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging must be avoided.

- Equipped with the transport document (present original packaging), so as to enable eSales srl to identify the customer (order number, name and address);

- Without evident signs of use, except those compatible with the operation of a normal test article. They must not bear trace of a prolonged use in excess of the time required for a test (less than a few minutes) and should not be in a state that does not allow the resale. Consequently, there will not be accepted products used that indicate signs of damage or dirt and therefore can no longer be considered resalable.

Unless eSales has offered to collect the goods itself, the consumer returns the goods or hands them over to the trader or a third party authorized by the trader to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which he communicated eSales of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. The consumer shall only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The costs and risks associated with returning the item are entirely in charge of the customer.

The consumer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the property resulting from the handling of property other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

How can I ask for a refund?

If the Consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the articles 52 ff. D. Lg. 21/2014, the amount paid for the items, covered by the withdrawal, will be totally refunded, excluding the shipping costs and any additional costs, if the consumer has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered.

The refund of the price paid by the consumer will be performed by eSales srl within 14 days from the exercise of the withdrawal, after the customer has notified his bank details for crediting or other equivalent conditions (credit card details) for the execution of the return of credits.

Unless eSales has offered to collect the goods itself, it may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods, or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first.

Credit Card:

The amount of the returned items will be automatically accredited to the personal card account used for the transaction. The time may vary from bank to bank.

PayPal:

The amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase. The time may vary from bank to bank.

Wire Transfer:

How do we protect the transmission of your data?

Mister Worker® uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect your sensitive data such as passwords and credit card number. With this protocol, the information is encrypted and protected from any kind of attack. Some of the most important operators active on the Internet, including PayPal, Mastercard and VISA, use the SSL protocol.

During the stages in which sensitive data is transmitted, login or payment, for example, you will see a padlock symbol or a similar point in a browser, indicating that the data are transmitted through a secure protocol. Do you use Visa for your payments?

Mister Worker® supports Verified by Visa, through which your purchase is doubly protected by a personal message and password. You can join Verified by Visa through the bank or organization that issued your credit card.

How do we protect you from frauds?

Mister Worker® adopts the best technology to protect its customers' shopping. However, the technology is not enough: every day a team of Customer Support revises and analyses the flow of orders, in order to further ensure the security of transactions of our customers and the protection of their information against any attempt of fraud and hacking.

How can I obtain the guarantee of a product?

The rules of law relating to warranty apply to the purchases made by the customer.

The customer can contact eSales srl at any time in the manner indicated on the General Conditions of Contract. eSales srl will examine the requests received as soon as possible and will contact the customer. If a request for information or a complaint has the guarantee of an article as the object, eSales will firstly contact the manufacturer. For this reason, eSales srl might need more time to contact the customer. In case of complaint, eSales srl urges the customer to describe in as much detail as possible the nature of the problem and recommends to transmit a copy of the documents indicating the order number, customer number, and any other data useful for the correct identification of the claim. If the customer does not received any answer within five (5) working days, eSales invites him to invoke a response. We also suggest to verify the e-mails will not be re-routed or blocked by any 'spam filters' or by other technical problems of the personal e-mail recipient.

eSales srl undertakes to remedy any defects in the products it incurs, occurring within twelve months from delivery, provided that they have been timely notified:

- any complaints relating to packing, quantity or appearance of products (or other apparent defects) must be notified to eSales srl (by writing), under penalty of forfeiture, within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of the products;

- any claims relating to defects which cannot be detected by a careful inspection upon receipt of the (hidden defects) must be notified to eSales srl, under penalty of cancellation within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of discovery of the defect, and not later than twelve months from the delivery. The complaint must specify precisely the defect and the products to which it relates;

- in case of delivery of products not conforming to the orderly, the customer must notify eSales srl within 15 (fifteen) days from date of receipt to agree on the return.

The customer cannot return goods for any reason whatsoever, without the prior written consent of eSales srl.

The foregoing warranty does not apply to products that have normal wear, signs of tampering or misuse.

The cost of transporting to be replaced or repaired and replaced or repaired product shall be entirely up to the customer.

In the situations previously described, eSales srl will replace or repair at its own expense the defective product.

What happens to my personal data?

Data protection is a matter of trust, and customer privacy is very important for eSales srl. For this reason, eSales srl is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers and staff, and it observes any applicable rule of law concerning the processing of personal data. With this declaration, eSales srl is to inform the customers about the purposes and methods of processing personal data collected and ask for permission in order to use them for specific purposes.

Taking view of this disclosure, the customer will be informed of the purposes and methods of detection and treatment of personal information provided on www.misterworker.com and upon placing a purchase order in any way (ex. Electronic, by phone) such communication is made.

The customer can visit the online store and browse through the website www.misterworker.com without having to provide personal data. While browsing the site above, the customer will remain anonymous and he can never be identified, unless he decides to disclose information and/or to log into his account by entering username and password.

Below we list the specific purposes and modalities of the processing for which the customers' personal data are intended.

a) Purchase Order: eSales srl collects and processes customer personal data to collect and execute any after-sale claims and to provide customers with the services available. These data are necessary for managing purchase orders, even with trading partners (such as logistics service providers, couriers, banks, etc...). Providing a delivery address and a correct phone number is strongly recommended to permit eSales srl to give a prompt and proper execution of the purchase. A phone number is also necessary in order to allow eSales srl to contact you for further questions or requests and to allow trading partners to give prompt and proper execution of customer purchase orders. The e-mail address is also necessary for eSales srl in order to inform the customer of the receipt of the purchase order and any other notices. The e-mail address will be used by eSales at the time of the identification in order to enable the customer to access his account.

b) Reserved area Login information: personal and purchase orders information are saved on Mister Worker® system, but they will not be freely accessible for security reasons. eSales srl guarantees each customer to access to a restricted area protected by a password. In this area, the customer can view all the purchased and "in progress" orders data, and he may also manage his personal data, any data bank and those relating to the subscription of the newsletter. The customer is required to treat the access data in a responsible way and in compliance with the regulations of not to disclose them to third parties. eSales srl will not be in any way responsible for the clients improper use or misuse of the password.

c) Advertisement: eSales srl uses customer data for promotional purposes: to send information about the items included on the website www.misterworker.com. The client's e-mail address will be used only to the extent required by applicable law or, where appropriate, after the release of express consent by the customer. The customer will regularly receive tips on purchases via e-mail. It is possible to stop sending these free promotional messages, upon request by e-mail to customerservice@misterworker.com or by calling 02 9143 3257.

d) Market researches and opinion pools: customer's personal data are processed in order to perform market research and opinion polls. The use of them took place on an anonymous basis and exclusively with the purpose of drawing up statistics for Mister Worker®. Any time, the customer has the right to refuse the treatment. The answers provided by the client, in the context of such market researches and opinion polls, are neither disclosed to third parties neither made public. The answers to the questions of our surveys will not be stored together with the email address.

e) Newsletter subscription: In the newsletters, the customer will find information on great deals. eSales srl suggests to enter personal information (e.g., your name) while settings the newsletter, so the company can speak personally to the customer. eSales srl uses the information collected as part of the newsletter service in order to customize and tailor services to specific interests and preferences, as well as for promotional purposes and market researches. eSales srl stores data collected over long periods of time, but such data will in any case be used only for the purposes described in this policy.

Personal data safe transfer

The customer's personal data are stored in encrypted form. This applies to the transfer of purchase orders and the private access to the customer's account. This is realized using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technique. Although you can not provide a complete protection, eSales srl has adopted for its systems security measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or disclosure of customer data by unauthorized third parties.

Saving personal data through cookies

It is not necessary to accept the use of cookies while browsing the website www.misterworker.com. However, we will inform the customer that the use of the "Cart" and the order purchase are possible only with the activation of cookies. The website www.misterworker.com makes use of cookies. Cookies are text files recorded in a computer that can record certain parameters and data provided to Mister Worker® computer system through the browser used by the client and provide an analysis of its habits. This allows eSales srl to adapt its website to the customer's needs and also simplify its use (for example, saving preferences do not need to repeat the insertion at each visit). Many used cookies are automatically deleted from hard drive of the client at the end of each browsing session. However, there are cookies remaining on the hard drive. After a first visit, the system will be able to recognize that the client has already enter the website and it will remember the client's preferences and data saved in the last visit (cookies long-term).

These cookies avoid customer having to re-enter his password and fill out forms at each new access. Browsers generally restrict the use of cookies, although these will allow the access to the offerings on the website www.misterworker.com. Cookies can also be disabled. The website www.misterworker.com uses the service "Google Analytics", a service provided by Google Inc., which makes use of cookies. Information obtained through cookies on customer habits in using websites (including the IP address) will be transmitted to a Google server in the U.S., where they are stored. Google adheres to the provisions relating to data protection of 'Safe Harbor Principles' of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Google uses this information to analyse the customer usage patterns of the website and to provide reports on the website www.misterworker.com visits and other communications related to the use of that website, as well as the internet in general. If required by law, Google transfers this information to third parties (if third parties process these data on behalf of Google). Google will not put the customer's IP address in connection with other Google's data. The customer may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the corresponding parameters in the specific browser options. It should be noted, however, that in this way the customer could not take full advantage of some features of the site. Through the use of this website, the customer agrees to the processing of data collected by Google in the manner and for the purposes described earlier.

After closing the browsing session and its activation on the next visit, the customer agrees to the registration of his Username and Password in cookies. The customer may revoke this authorization at any time by selecting the specific parameters of the browser, which exclude the activation of cookies.

Contents Agreement

Taking view of this disclosure, the customer gives his explicit consent to the processing and communication of his personal data for the purposes and with the modalities described in Section 1 above. The agreement is recorded on the Mister Worker® operating system and can be revoked by the client at any time, with immediate effect. Registration is optional; however, a refusal will prevent eSales srl to respond to requests and to perform the required services.

Data recording and processing takes place on paper and computer in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. eSales srl deals with personal data and it processes them in first person or using the work of others who act as internal or external managers, or as any other charge.

Rights of the people concerned

Customer has the right to know about the purposes and methods treating personal data, the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments, and the identity of the owner and the manager processing personal data, the representatives of the latters and the subjects to whom personal data are communicated or who can learn about them.

The customer has the right to obtain:

(a) the update or, when interested, integration of data;

(b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the censored data in violation of the law; (c) the certification that the operations referred to in subparagraphs (a) and (b) have been notified to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated (unless this requirement proves is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.).

The customer has the right to object, in whole or in part:

(a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data;

(b) to the processing of personal data concerning him with the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

According with the transmission and use of customer personal data with the purpose of verification of the payment risk, without the customer's explicit consent, eSales srl has to communicate information relating to:

(a) the percentages of risk collected during the six months preceding the application;

(b) the type of data used to calculate the percentages of risk;

(c) the implementation and the significance of the percentage values of risk for each particular case, elaborated in a clear form.

Third party data assignment

eSales will supply data to third parties in the following cases:

client has expressed the consent uniquely at the time of collection or registration;

eSales has entrusted this task to other companies that act on its behalf. In this case, the company in charge will be able to use personal data only for the declared purpose;

eSales will merge with another business interested in the same catchment area

the transfer of the user's data is necessary for legal proceedings or in case of measures by public authorities (to the extent of what is permitted by law). eSales may also give information about its members, in case it is required by law and/or by regulations in force, or to prevent the achievement of a crime, to facilitate an investigation by public security, to protect the safety of anyone using the site and the security or integrity of attrezzieautensili.it website, to the extent permitted by law;

external managers have to handle and process data provided in accordance with the purposes and disclosed in this statement, for example, hosting activities related to the use of our websites. This processing will be governed by an agreement prescribed by law, protecting the rights of personal data protection.

Data Security

Data collected and processed are protected with appropriate methods to minimize the unauthorized access risk, disclosure, loss or destruction of data, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and the attachment "Disciplinary technical". Data are stored in the eSales srl database. The latter has appointed a Safety Officer responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining efficient security measures laid down in Articles 31 and 33 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
