Since the beginning of the current emergency, as a global e-commerce, Mister Worker™ has been taking all the necessary steps to respond to this pandemic in the best way possible, quickly adjusting to the changes that took place both in the supply chain and in consumer behaviour.
Against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 pandemic, first of all, we have been working closely with our suppliers to ensure our customers the best service possible even in this difficult time and we have adapted all our business operations to the situation. In fact,we're doing everything possible to ensure the delivery of goods with minimum impact and delay possible. However, current circumstances may still cause some delays in transit. For example, new border controls, reduced air freight capacity in the market and quarantine measures may impact service.
Given the problems experienced by a few express couriers, we have decided to promptly extend our network of suppliers by signing new contracts, with a view to make our best efforts to ensure a good functioning of its services: supply goods quickly, safely and securely.

The safety of co-workers, clients and suppliers is a matter of the utmost importance for Mister Worker™: for this reason, we are taking all the precautions possible to ensure maximum hygiene and the thorough sanitation of both workspaces and products.
Since the COVID-19 crisis started, we have strengthened even more the measures taken in order to ensure maximum hygiene by implementing additional cleaning of all spaces where the orders are put together to keep both our workers and our customers safe. In compliance with the CDC guidelines against Coronavirus, all goods are cleaned and sanitized carefully before being sent to the end customer.
Moreover, we defined strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols to ensure the total sanitation of each individual product that you purchase on our website, destroying any possible trace of the virus. It’s also notable to remark that, as highlighted by the World Health Organization and the Ministero della Salute (Italian Department of Health), it’s completely safe to receive parcels, as there’s a really low probability that an infected person contaminates goods. Therefore, there’s a really low risk that people get infected through a parcel that has been exposed to several different temperatures and conditions.
Over the last 8 weeks, we have taken additional precautions and will continue to monitor the situation and evolve our response in real-time. In our warehouse, in fact, goods are carefully controlled and decontaminated with the best detergent products and the workforce, thanks to the security measures we took, is fully protected from the risk of contagion thanks to the individual protection devices we provided for them.
As you can see in the video below, the preparation of the orders in our warehouse and all operations linked with the delivery of packages are 100% safe. Our procedures are constantly updated based on the last guidelines outlined by the competent Authorities concerned.
In order to support our customers to the best of our ability and guarantee prompt replies to all their questions, we have expanded our team and we’re also planning on hiring new sales and customer care resources to furtherly increase our workforce by 15% in Q2, aiming at helping our customers with any need they might have. We have also created a Special Sales Team (SST COVID-19) dedicated to the Customer most impacted from the COVID-19, whose goal is to support them directly with special discounts, pricing and consulting advice.
In the short term, we are making the decision to temporarily prioritize the “Prevention & Sanification” product category, useful for the professional cleaning of environments such as hospitals, public places, factories and products for the protection and thermal scanning for personal prevention. We have created a section of our website where you can find all the necessary equipment for the sanitation of small and large surfaces: this a fundamental action, especially if you’re about to reopen your business, for example warehouses, workshops, construction sites, canteens and offices.
