Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will have access to a tracking code to follow every step of your shipment and, in order to provide you with the best service possible, we also give you the opportunity to add a shipping insurance to your order.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping your order is automatically calculated at the checkout after you select the country of destination. The parameters that are taken into account by our algorithm when calculating the shipping costs are the total weight (actual and dimensional weight) of the products and the destination country.

Many couriers request a surcharge for shipping to remote areas. If you live in a remote area contact us before making a purchase. Our logistics team will offer you the best and most affordable shipping solution.

Taxes and other applicable fees

- EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

Orders shipped within the EU are subject to Italian VAT fee (22%), which is included in the final price and is calculated as you check out. This is the selling price you will pay if you don’t insert a valid VIES VAT number in your delivery address

If you register with a valid UE VAT number before completing your order, you will not be subjected to such fees, so you will pay a VAT excluded price and you will receive the payment invoice. On each single product page, it is specified if the price includes VAT or not.

- INTERNATIONAL/EXTRA EU

All international (Extra EU) orders are not subject to Italian VAT but they may be subject to local (destination country) applicable customs, import duties, brokerage fees and taxes according to your country tax law. In this case, all duties are customer's responsibility and they will be collected at the time of delivery: the customer will have to pay them directly to the courier. We do not collect or calculate these fees, so please consider this tax cost when placing your order on our website.

Express couriers

Mister Worker® works with the best couriers to offer worldwide shipments.
For international orders, your products will be shipped with DHL, Fedex or UPS.
For Italian orders, your order will be shipped with SDA, Bartolini or TNT.
All orders are shipped with the documentation required by the destination country (e.g. invoices, product list, dual-use export licenses, insurance certificates etc.).

Pallets, extra-large and oversize products are shipped using freight transport: also in this case we work together with the best international couriers to ensure you receive your goods fast regardless of their size or weight.

Shipping time

We try our best to offer the fastest shipment service possible: your order will be dispatched in maximum 2 working days, while delivery timing will vary according to the courier, the destination country and customs clearance.

If some of the products you ordered are out of stock, they might be sent in separate shipments. The same might occur if you place an order that contains products of two or more brands.

Tracking code

For any kind of shipping, towards any country, you will receive a code to track the shipping of your order online.
Log in to your account and go to the “Your orders” page to find the tracking code and follow the shipment step-by-step.

Sea and Ocean freight

If you want to receive your goods overseas and you want to save some money on the shipping cost, our logistics team can offer you a quote for sea and ocean freight. For the shipment of large oversize products oversea, sea freight can be a substantially cheaper alternative, although requiring a longer delivery time. Shipping Insurance

The shipment of orders over € 1500 always includes a shipping insurance.

Our warehouse always prepares and packages orders with extra care to make sure that the products you order will not be damaged during transportation. We also choose to work with the best international couriers because we want your goods to travel safely to your destination.
