Acrylic sealant in water dispersion for internal walls plastered with rough effect
Support materials:
* Concrete
* Masonry
* Wood
* Plastics (not on PE, PP, PTFE)
* Elements anodized
* Plasterboard
Not suitable for:
* Natural stone
* Bituminous substrates
Advantages:
* CE marked for sealing facades, inside.
* The granular structure is ideal for rough surfaces and ensures an appearance similar to plaster the rough.
* The acrylic sealant in aqueous dispersion is odorless and is therefore ideal for use in closed environments.
* It contains no solvents and is non-corrosive.
* Good resistance to chemicals and UV rays.
* In extreme radiation conditions could change color.
* Resistant to water washout (not stagnant) and humidity after curing.
* The product is paintable.
* Carry out a preliminary test to evaluate the covering power of the specific paint.
Certificate for non-structural sealing:
* Facades in buildings F INT, the inner side (eg. Precast concrete panels)
Also suitable for sealing:
* Cracks on rough surfaces of the inner walls
* Connection joints with low movement
* Once in dry internal construction
* Joints between walls and ceilings
* Once the box on the window and access
Function:
* Remove dirt from surfaces, dust, oil and rust.
* Grind or sandblast porous surfaces.
* Cut the end of extrusion, apply the spout to the cartridge cut the tip to fit the dimensions of the joint and inserted into a dispenser for silicone Fischer KP "m" 2 "Plus or KP" m "2 .
* Apply the adhesive tape on the edge of the joint and then the product along the same.
* Level with spatula.
* Remove the tape from the edges of the joint.
* Clean work tools and uncured product with water.
* The cured product can be removed mechanically.
* Not suitable for applications involving continuous immersion in water and in case of imminent rain or frost.
