Polyurethane foam fire PU FS / PUP FS
Component polyurethane foam for fire-resistant applications, tested EI 240
Adheres to all building materials as standard:

* Plastics (not on PE, PP, PTFE, silicone)
* Stone
Advantages:
* Resistant to fire up to 240 minutes (EI 240) in accordance with EN 13501-2: 2016.
* Good adhesion properties and dimensional stability.
* Ideal for sealing linear joints, horizontal and vertical when requiring fire resistance EI.
* The hardened foam can be processed (sawn, cut, filed), then painted and / or plastered.
* CFC and H-CFC.
Certificate for:
* Filling and sealing of linear joints on walls or between walls and floors, according to the indications contained in the classification Report No. 01062/17 / ZOONZP of fire resistance of the credited ITB Laboratory
Additional applications:
* Applications other than those certified in the classification report must be insured by a qualified technician
* Fill with thermo-acoustic insulation of door frames and windows subject to risk of fire
* Fill with thermo-acoustic insulation crossings plant subject to fire risk
* Filling and mounting of electrical installations in track
* Restoring walls and fire-resistant floors.
Function:
* The surfaces must be clean and free of oil, grease or dust.
* Shake the bottle for at least 30 times before use and screw the spout (PU FS) or the gun Fischer PUPN 1 or PUPM 3 (PUP FS) on the valve.
* Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.
* Apply the foam from the bottom up.
* Fill the cavities for 65%, the foam will expand going to occupy the remaining volume.
* Shake the bottle regularly during application.
* In the case of applications in several layers, moisten each layer.
* Clean work tools and uncured product with Fischer PUR Cleaner or acetone.
* The cured product can be removed mechanically.
* Protect from UV exposure.
