The high-performance epoxy resin for rebar, construction joints and heavy structural anchors demand for seismic performance category C1 and C2 with a useful life operating certified up to 100 years.

Anchor chemical certificate for berths in:
* Concrete C20 / 25 to C50 / 60, cracked and uncracked and seismic loads (seismic performance category C1 and C2)

Certificate for bar connections of post-installed reinforcement:

Function:
* FIS EM Plus is a chemical anchor for two-component epoxy injection.
* Resin and hardener are in two separate containers and are not mixed or activated until the extrusion is carried out through the FIS MR Plus mixer for the format to be 390 ml or FIS UMR for the size from 585 ml.
* Before installing perform the cleaning of the hole according to the instructions.
* Extrude regularly bonded anchor from the bottom of the hole without creating air pockets.
* Manually install the threaded bars FIS A, the bars to be armor, or the internally threaded bushes RG MI by turning them slightly until they reach the base of the hole.
* In the case of pass-through installation space between the anchor and the object to be fixed must be filled with FIS EM Plus.
* For applications in seismic performance category C2 fill the annular space between the stem of the bar and the hole of the object to be fixed with FIS EM Plus resin.
* For an optimal filling the appropriate use of FFD filling disk (optional).
