Elastic acrylic sealant FLEX SA
Acrylic based sealant in aqueous dispersion elastoplastic.
* Internal and external applications.
* Smooth finish.

Support materials:
* Plasterboard
* Concrete
* Masonry
* Wood
* Plaster
* Plastics (not on PE, PP, PTFE)
* Porous media generally

Not suitable for:
* Natural stone
* Bituminous substrates, tarred sheaths

Advantages:
* More elastic standard acrylic.
* CE marked for the sealing of the outside and inside facades.Excellent paintability with most paints on the market, we recommend preliminary tests.
* Odorless, contains no solvents and is non-corrosive.
* Tested EC1 PLUS very low emissions.
* Good resistance to chemicals and UV rays.
* In extreme radiation conditions FLEX SA BI could change color.
* Resistant to water washout (not stagnant) and humidity

Certificate for non-structural sealing:
* Exterior facades in construction field and inner F- EXT-INT (eg. Precast concrete panels).

Also suitable for sealing:
* Once patients at low to medium loads.
* Joints between sheets of drywall.
* Joints between different building materials.
* Sealing frames, joints between walls and bins.
* Repair of cracks and fissures.

Do not use on joints subject to stagnation of water or frequent footfall.

Function:
* The surfaces must be solid, clean, dry, free from dust, grease, ice.
* Cut the tip of the cartridge on top of the thread.
* Turn the nozzle, cut diagonally.
* On particularly porous supports such as plasterboard, it is recommended that a first brushstroke SA FLEX diluted with water to avoid too rapid drying of the aqueous component of the product.
* Apply with caulking gun Fischer KPM 2 PLUS or KPM 310.
* Level with a wet spatula to silicone.
* Protect from frost until fully cured.
* Do not apply during rain, after application Protect from rain for at least 6 hours.
