For vibratory sanders, DeWalt offers two types of multi-purpose abrasive rolls: DT3580-QZ for 1/2 and 1/4 sanders, DT3590-QZ for 1/3 sanders. These sanding sheets are made of a dust repellent resin bond which results in high strength but also flexibility, providing you with a powerful sanding experience. The grain size ranges from 60 to 220 and these grains are made of high quality aluminium oxide to ensure you will obtain a perfect surface finish. These rolls are suitable for all sanding applications in wood, but also for paints and varnishes, as well as fillers.

If you are looking for 1/4 sanding sheets, you can purchase pack of 25 size 115 x 115 mm (DT3030-QZ) or size 115 x 140 mm (DT3011-QZ) sheets with a grain dimension between 40 and 220. These abrasives are heat resistant, which is an ideal feature for power sanding.
