WARRANTY 

The producers of the items for sale on the MISTER WORKER® website offer the following conventional warranties to professional customers:

RESTRICTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

The following products are excluded from the European DEWALT warranty PT:

3.1 Products that do not comply with the European specifications of DEWALT and are imported by an unauthorized retailer from countries outside the European Union.

3.2 Accessories that can wear out while using the tool, for example bits, blades and grinding wheels.

3.3 Products applied on production lines, supplied to equipment rental companies, or "Business to Business" contracts are excluded and are subject to the warranty terms specified in the supply agreement.

3.4 DEWALT brand products licensed by partner companies. For these consult the documentation supplied together with the product.

3.5 A product supplied as part of a kit whose production date is inconsistent with the dates of the other products making up the kit.

3.6 Manual tools, clothing, personal protective equipment.

3.7 Products used in Production or on heavy applications unless supported by a DEWALT Service Plan.

4. Warranty Disclaimers Warranties may be rejected if one of the following conditions occurs:

4.1 It cannot be reasonably proven to the Authorized Service Center that the breakage is due to manufacturing or material defects.

4.2 The failure is due to tool overload during normal use (see Paragraph 4.14). All products may be subjected to excessive overload. It is important to choose the product correctly according to the use that will be made of it.

4.3 The production date and the serial number cannot be verified.

4.4 The original proof of purchase is not available if the product is returned for repair.

4.5 Damage due to improper use, including falls or uses that do not comply with the instructions on the manual.

4.6 Damage caused using DEWALT accessories that are not approved or included in the instruction manual.

4.7 Any modified product compared to the original product.

4.8 Any product that has been repaired by personnel other than Authorized DEWALT Technicians, or where non-original spare parts have been used.

4.9 Products that have been overloaded or have continued to operate even after an initial breakage.

4.10 Use in extraordinary environments including the introduction of fluids and materials inside the tool.

4.11 Lack of maintenance or replacement of parts subject to wear.

4.12 The product is returned incomplete or with non-original components.

4.13 The defect of the product is due to the alignment, adjustment or assembly to be undertaken by the operator which is described in the operating instructions. All products are checked and verified during production. Any damage identified at the time of delivery must be communicated immediately to the seller.

4.14 Failure or damage due to wear and tear of a component sustained during normal use. Wear includes some of the following examples:

Common components: Carbon brushes, cords, enclosures, tube expander, flanges, blade supports, gaskets, O-rings, lubricants, greases

Product with specific components, Repair kits, O-ring fixing tools, Swing hammer springs, Cylinders, Tool holder, Ratchets Impact tools, Anvils, Pods

LIMITATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

In addition to the product exclusions identified in the European DEWALT PT guarantee, section 3, the following DEWALT products are also excluded:

Fixing tools for example nailers, guns, batteries and battery chargers.

Repaired or reconditioned products identified with the addition of markings - "rework" and / or "Q".

Compressors and generators.

LIMITATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

The exclusion concerns instruments without obvious manufacturing defects, worn but still functional, rusted, burned, abused, modified, sabotaged, used for purposes other than their normal expected use, destroyed by negligence or intentionally.

Warranty exclusion conditions:

• Consumer products (components which by nature are prone to deterioration due to wear resulting from normal use). These include, by way of example and by no way of limitation, gaskets, bearings, saw blades, wings, batteries.

• Normal wear, unintended use of the product or lack of maintenance as reported in the user guide. In the case of technical products covered by a limited warranty, the bill of sale proving the purchase data will be supplied with the tool.

• Malfunction due to modifications or repairs not carried out by the USAG after-sales service or by authorized Repairers.

• Malfunction due to causes external to the product (theft, falls, lightening, flooding, fire, damage during transport, products not returned in the original packaging, etc.).

LIMITATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Warranty exclusion conditions:

• Consumer products (wings, filters, gaskets, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.

• Repairs carried out by unauthorized staff and centers

• Inappropriate application for which the tool has not been designed

• Damage caused by hits and falls, or machine contact with the work surface

• Lack of appropriate lubrication and filtering of the air supply, presence of rust inside.

• Intake of excessive air pressure (each pneumatic tool is designed to work with specific inlet air pressures, as shown in the user guide)

- the problems for which assistance is requested are due to wear and / or breakage of the electric tool

- Repairs must not be carried out by unauthorized persons

- The product must be delivered in assistance with all the original components

- The product must have the CE mark

- The invoice or purchase receipt and the warranty extension to 3 years from the time of delivery to service must be displayed. 

- The warranty does not cover products or parts of the product subject to natural wear and does not exempt the purchaser from carrying out appropriate maintenance of the product when explicitly required by the user guide.

LIMITATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

To obtain the warranty extension for the FMCK461C2 and FMCK625D2F kits, it is necessary to register the single electric tool present in the kit (FMC625D2 and FMC645D2 for the FMCK461C2 kit, for the FMC625D2F kit it is necessary to register the code FMC625D2).

- The product must be registered within 4 weeks from the purchase date on the website www.stanley.eu/3

- The product must be used in accordance with the instructions in the user guide

- The problems for which assistance is required must be due to wear and/or breakage of the electric tool

- Repairs must be carried out by authorized persons

- The product must be delivered in assistance with all the original components

- The product must have the CE mark

- The invoice or purchase receipt and the warranty extension to 3 years from the time of delivery to service must be displayed.

- The warranty does not cover products or parts of the product subject to natural wear and does not exempt the purchaser from carrying out appropriate maintenance of the product when explicitly required by the user guide

- The 3-year warranty extension does not cover batteries and chargers.

3M Products - WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

3M guarantees that the products are manufactured in compliance with the technical requirements declared on the packaging, in the data sheets, instructions and/or user guides and undertakes, if required by the Customer, to provide all the information and assistance useful for the best use of the products.

In any case, the Customer must verify in advance the suitability of the product for the purpose for which it is intended, assuming any risk or liability, which derives from the use.

Without prejudice to the principles of liability of the manufacturer, in case of faulty products promptly questioned, 3M will simply replace them according to the terms of the Civil Code, except any derogatory provisions expressly indicated on the packaging of the products, in the data sheets, instructions and/or user guides.

Furthermore, 3M assumes no responsibility for any damage that the Customer may suffer as a result of improper storage, custody, use or marketing of the products if the latter has failed to comply scrupulously with the instructions in any form provided by 3M.

Similarly, 3M assumes no responsibility for any damage that the Customer's purchasers may suffer as a result of insufficient fulfillment of their obligations towards them, with particular regard to consumer information charges.

REMEDIAL ACTION

It is carried out at the authorized Assistance Center.
