RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The right of withdrawal in favour of the consumer does not apply to contracts for articles that are, by their nature, not eligible to be returned.
Customers who purchase with a VAT invoice (Company/VAT) cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, as the purchase of the product is included in the professional, and the rules on withdrawal applies only to consumers.

The Consumer has the right to withdrawal in accordance with the article 51 ff. D. Lg. 21/2014.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 working days from the item's delivery (in case of more than one delivery, we consider the date of the last partial delivery). It has to be done sending an unequivocal statement of its decision to withdraw from the contract.

The essential integrity of the property to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The items must be returned:

- In their entirety: the right of withdrawal does not apply partial order (e.g.: accessories, detachable parts, etc.);

- Properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resealing (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and fitted with all their accessories, using instructions and documentation. We recommend, when possible, to put it in another box, to limit damages to the original package. The attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging must be avoided.

- Equipped with the transport document (present original packaging), so as to enable eSales srl to identify the customer (order number, name and address);

- Without evident signs of use, except those compatible with the operation of a normal test article. They must not bear trace of a prolonged use in excess of the time required for a test (less than a few minutes) and should not be in a state that does not allow the resale. Consequently, there will not be accepted products used that indicate signs of damage or dirt and therefore can no longer be considered resalable.

Unless eSales has offered to collect the goods itself, the consumer returns the goods or hands them over to the trader or a third party authorized by the trader to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which he communicated eSales of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. The consumer shall only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

The costs and risks associated with returning the item are entirely in charge of the customer.

 

The consumer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the property resulting from the handling of property other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

 

Repayment of amounts paid by the customer

In case the Consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the articles 52 ff. D. Lg. 21/2014, the amount paid by the Consumer for the purchase of the items, covered by the withdrawal, will be totally refunded, excluding the shipping costs and any additional costs, if the consumer has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered.


The refund of the price paid by the consumer will be performed by eSales srl within 14 days from the exercise of the withdrawal, after the customer has notified his bank details for crediting or other equivalent conditions (credit card details) for the execution of the return of credits.

Unless eSales has offered to collect the goods itself, it may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods, or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first.


Credit Card:

The amount of the returned items will be automatically accredited to the personal card account used for the transaction. The time may vary from bank to bank.


PayPal:

The amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase. The time may vary from bank to bank.


Wire Transfer:

The amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the bank account used for the purchase. The time may vary from bank to bank.
